TL DR Chrome works best, playstore options from competitors suck as they aren't optimized and Linux layer makes Linux apps feel 'sluggish' especially when starting apps up but even while in use. Now let's hope Google won't scare me away again when they decide to block api access for adblockers and my internet experience goes down the drain. I mean, come on, how long have we had Chromebooks? And their apps are just plain stupid to use. if only Brave/Firefox gave their mobile app some love and make it work on a Chromebook. You can even earn cryptocurrency for using it.
